How do I connect to TriCommunications?
Getting your computer connected is pretty straight forward;
Register on line for our services. You don’t even need a wireless card. We will send you one and provide you with some very simple instructions on how to connect. If you already have a wireless card go to make a new connection. You could be surfing the internet in a matter of minutes.

Is it safe?
Yes. We use radio waves which are very safe.

Most people want to know one thing... how can this work without having a cable connected to my computer?
The answer is simple. Our technology works just like FM Radio Stations. The only difference is that instead of broadcasting music into your house, we broadcast high-speed internet! We place a small antenna near your computer to pick up our signal. It's that simple.

How secure is it?
We use 2048-bit encryption keys over a VPN to ensure privacy of your transmissions.

What if I default on payment?
Since you pay for the service in advance (which saves us lots of money in collections, billing, etc!) you cannot default on payment. If you stop paying for some reason, our system blocks your connection when your payment runs out - simple, and no hard feelings or nasty red bills! Of course if you have problem with the network let us know because if you have a fault, we want to sort it out and get your connection going again!
